Air Photo Services was founded by Chris Cox and Rog Palmer in 1990 in Cambridge, UK. In 1996, we established our second branch near the UK's largest air photo library in Swindon. With offices near both major UK photo libraries, we have convenient local access to aerial photographic coverage of the whole of England via Swindon, and the specialist air photo collection at the University of Cambridge.
Now in our tenth year of trading, we have completed over 350 contracts ranging from assessment of land-use over a small 2 hectare urban site to interpretation and mapping of archaeology and natural environments over an entire English County and provision of advice and consultancy to central government agencies.
We have extensive experience of interpretation and mapping of archaeology, geomorphology and environment over the proposed routes of pipelines, roads and transmission lines.
Air Photo Services Ltd provides a personal service which is tailored to the needs of each individual project, and undertakes a range of API consultancy and training, either in-house or on-site.
